Montclair Building Services undertakes all types of general building and refurbishment projects. These include:
- Extensions and conversions.
- Internal and External Decoration.
- Bathrooms and Kitchens – designed, supplied and fitted.
The supply of all trades, including carpentry, bricklaying, roofing, plumbing, plastering, cornicing, electrical and tiling.
We are North London builders working for mainly, but not exclusively, domestic clients. We see the relationship with the client as the cornerstone of any project, and work hard in every way to ensure that a successful outcome emerges from it every time, no matter how big or small the project.
What we are able to deliver
All the key trades – bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters etc – managed by us to be able to work alongside eachother in an efficiently scheduled manner aimed at minimising cost and project time.
Fully qualified and experienced architects, interior designers, and structural engineers who will ensure that from the outset the project plan meets your requirements, both aesthetic and practical, and those of the planning and building control authorites, if so required.
Specialist contractors and consultants for a wide range of services and products concerning , for instance, audio visual systems, air-conditioning, alternative energy and water conservation systems.
In addition, specialist craftsmen, such as carpenters, tilers and cornice plasterers, trained and qualified to work on period restorations.
Full project management, including dedicated site manager.

7. If you have a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve the issue;
